weight & (a little) exercise

Gym weight: 430.5lb. Not surprising -- it's possible binge eating isn't a grwat weight-loss technique. It's time to gtfo it and start eating better. But food is available.
Treadmill: 20 mins@2.0mph. Not great, better than nothing.

gym weight: 415lb
treadmill: 40ish mins @ 2.1mph (messed up timer, not sure of exact time)

whatever-it-was is over with L, pretty sure for real this time, so that leaves...nobody...who cares.

It's been a while since I made it to the gym -- bad todd.

gym weight: 458lb (wtf? +12lb in 3 days? have I even eaten 12 lb of food in that time??)
treadmill: just 26 mins @ 2.1mph. that's not gonna help any

plus that fucking "you aren't important to anyone" voice won't SHUT THE FUCK UP

Escalator-style stairmaster; 4 mins level 1 (24 steps/min)

Walking: 605 broadway to broadway & denny, and back, 50 minutes (including 8 minutes sitting to eat some lunch, near end, and various non-sitting stops to look in windows, shop, and wait for lights). google maps suggests about .8 miles total
